Yoga

Our practices will be rooted in Forrest Yoga and designed to help you be present in your body, breathe deeply and reconnect with your own strength, intuition and aliveness.

Expect intelligent, soulful practices that will leave you floating in yoga bliss..

Meditation

We'll use meditation as a mystical tool for co-creation with the Universe.

Some practices will be simple and grounding. Others will take us deeper into visioning, consciousness, gratitude, receiving and possibility.

We will tap into oneness, wholeness and the generous present moment where all possibilities exist.

Manifestation 

We believe manifestation is much more interesting than simply making a list of things we want.

It is about becoming energetically aligned with the life we want to experience.

Through guided exercises, journaling, meditation and conversation, we'll explore what you're calling into your life.

Hike the Wild Beauty of Andalusia

Each day, we’ll step beyond the yoga mat and into the wild beauty of Los Alcornocales Natural Park, home to Spain’s largest cork oak forest and the historic village of Jimena de la Frontera.

Our daily hikes will wind through ancient cork forests and rolling Andalusian hills, time to move, breathe, connect and let nature become part of the practice.

Nourishment with Heart

Food is an integral part of the retreat experience. Chef and owner Karl cooks with heart and soul, creating beautiful regional dishes with organic ingredients and an emphasis on vegetarian and vegan cuisine. For Karl, food is an expression of love and care and you can taste it in every meal we’ll share around the table.

Slow Down & Disconnect

At Rancho Los Lobos, life moves at a different rhythm. There is intentionally no Wi-Fi, an invitation to put down your phone, step away from the constant noise and be fully present. Surrounded by the wild beauty of Southern Spain, ancient cork oak forests, gardens and the animals that call the Rancho home, our days will unfold slowly and simply. Time to breathe, wander, rest, connect and remember how good it feels to have nowhere else you need to be.

❤️ The Rancho Los Lobos Retreat Center is located on the edge of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park in Jimena de la Frontera, Cádiz. Getting there is straightforward: 90 minutes from Málaga or Jerez de la Frontera, and 45 minutes from Gibraltar. The nearest airports are Málaga (AGP), Gibraltar (GIB), and Jerez (XRY).

❤️ Getting to Rancho Los Lobos can be arranged as a group transport (included) or by rental car.

❤️ Albina will connect registered guests to coordinate shared rides.  Let's coordinate arrival airports/dates/times prior to purchase.

❤️ We recommend arriving in Spain at least one day early to settle in and shake off jet lag and/or stay a few days later and explore Malaga, Seville and perhaps other parts of Spain.

Tucked into the wild beauty of Los Alcornocales Natural Park near Jimena de la Frontera, Rancho Los Lobos is an intimate retreat sanctuary surrounded by ancient cork oak forests and the rolling hills of Southern Spain. Peaceful, soulful and intentionally removed from the noise of everyday life, it offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and immerse yourself fully in the retreat experience.

What are the dates?
Arrival May 30 and departure is June 4, 2027 - a 5 fay retreat.

What are the closest airports? 

90 minutes from Málaga or Jerez de la Frontera, and 45 minutes from Gibraltar. The nearest airports are Málaga (AGP), Gibraltar (GIB), and Jerez (XRY).

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests come solo and leave with new best friends. If you want to share a room with a new friend, we can certainly arrange that.

What if I have dietary preferences?
Rancho Los Lobos is wonderful with simple preferences. Please share your needs and we will do our best to honor them. 

How many people are in the group?
A cozy small group for an intimate family feel. Maximum spots - 14, plus retreat leaders.

What is the refund policy?
Due to the timing of payments to our hosts and vendors all payments are non refundable. You are welcome to transfer your spot to another guest with Albina’s prior approval.  We recommend purchasing a travel insurance in the event of an emergency if you are unable to attend.

What should I pack?
Comfy layers for yoga, walking shoes, a swimsuit for the pool, a dinner dress or linen shirt for golden hour, a light jacket for the evening, hat, sunblock, sunglasses, a journal and a pen, refillable water bottle.

What if I (or my partner) do not do yoga?
All activities are optional.  Some people prefer not to join yoga and that is totally ok!
